1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic Shipping (Egypt): 2-5 Business Days.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays or high-demand periods.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation containing your tracking information.
- Tracking Link: A tracking link will be sent directly to your registered email address through our shipping partner.
- WhatsApp Updates: For your convenience, you may also receive your tracking details and delivery updates via a WhatsApp message.
3. Damages
MAJLIS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if handled by third-party carriers. However, we care about your experience. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the packaging and the product so we can assist you in filing a claim.
4. International Shipping
We currently only ship within Egypt. International shipping is not available at this time.
